Every Wednesday, Members are invited to visit the Museum before it opens to the public for a free cup of coffee followed by a themed docent tour of the collection. There will be a new and exciting theme each month. Upcoming themes are as follows:

July 7, 14, 21, 28 — Freedom in Art
August 4, 11, 18, 25 — Explore our Summer Exhibitions
September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 — Express Yourself!

ZMD Member Appreciation Weekend


August 21–22

To celebrate our wonderful family of Members, the Saint Louis Art Museum has joined with the other Zoo-Museum District (ZMD) institutions to offer a weekend of special privileges and discounts for all of our Members. Simply show your Museum membership card at another ZMD institution, including the Missouri Botanical Garden, Saint Louis Science Center, Saint Louis Zoo, and the Missouri History Museum, and receive benefits such as free admission, and shopping and dining discounts.

Join the Members Book Club this September for a discussion of Aesop's Mirror: A Love Story by Maryalice Huggins. Two sessions will be offered (participants choose one). Each session will include an introduction by the club's facilitator followed by breakout group discussions led by the Museum's library staff and docents.
